FileWrangler is a practical and useful utility to create ZIP format compressed files. Of course, apart from creating them, you can decompress them, view them, explore the content of the ZIP without opening it, create autoruns with the compressed file, apply security levels, encrypt them, etc.

FileWrangler also lets you create and extract files in CAB format. From the program setting you can also modify, edit and alter the information referring to the file modification date, change the attributes of each file, etc. It is interesting that it also comes equipped with tools to make backups.

This version of FileWrangler is valid for specific versions of Windows, and on the author`s website there is another version for Windows 3.1 and 3.11.
